Asbestos Shed/Garage Conversion
We specialise in converting old asbestos, and profile sheet garages, sheds and lean-to roofs into high-performance Single-ply EPDM flat roofs (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) which carry a 20-year guarantee.
One of the reasons we convert these types of roofs to high-performance flat roofs is that most were built with a five-degree pitch and new building regulations state that now the minimum pitch has to be ten-degrees.
Lavisher Roofing and Building safely remove asbestos cement roofs and components all to the Health and Safety Executive good practice guidelines. Once the asbestos cement is removed from the site, you will receive, for your records, a waste consignment note as proof of proper and safe disposal. We then install new timber joist’s, OSB deck, fascia’s, guttering and the high-performance EPDM covering all to current building regulations.
